86HB250-118B is a closed loop stepper motor built-in integrated encoder with the driver HB860H. The motor wire is made of pure copper. The encoder can effectively provide a feedback to the work of the motor, which can improve work efficiency and accuracy. The driver adopts the latest DSP advanced variable current and variable frequency control algorithm. 86HB250-118B with the driver HBS86H can effectively solve the problem of lost steps of the open-loop stepper motor, and improve the processing speed and accuracy of the machine.

The drive control algorithm adopts a new dedicated motor control DSP chip and applies vector-type closed-loop control technology. It has the following characteristics:

3. Automatic current adjustment based on load, lower temperature rising
4. Over-current, over-voltage and position ultra difference protection function
5. Drive nema 34 series 4.5 N.m, 8.5 N.m, 12.5N.m closed loop stepper motor
6. Voltage range: 24V~80V
